10 years after the first digital handset was designed for Lg we were involved in this design competition for the latest generation of the handset range for the global market.
The concepts designed by some major design studios in Europe were tested on clients and the winner was again villadesign proposal for this clean, appropriate, self-evident and stylish design.
Its shape is a development of the concepts used for 1992 range like the innovative architecture based on dashboard concept improving the perceived quality, the size of footprint and the ergonomics of new deep complex functions.
The shape and layout of the pushbuttons are based on the creation of a strong clear hierarchy of functions; details were designed according to actual use and proper ergonomics.
